The galvo scaner use 2 micro reflactive mirrors deflect a laser beam in X and Y directions. This produces a two-dimensional area allowing a laser to be directed at any position

Fiber is features the latest in marking technologies, fiber pumping. The laser resonator consists of a fiber bundle that is doped with Ytterbium and pumped with light emitting diodes. The laser lights then fiber delivered to the optical head that consists of a beamexpander, collimating optics and back reflection protection. So stable without consumables no need maintenance.

It is 100,000 hours working life time in theory. (Over 10 years)

Multi Engraving Type

Different materials will appear different laser effects. Because of the high temperature from laser.

It will remove the material and make deep engraving on workpiece.
Removing covering layer and bottom material appeared.
Annealing or ‘Black Marking’
Melting the surface material get different reflection of the surface.

Multi Engraving Effects

Most of materials will appear different effects when you are making different parameters sets.

Here is stainless engraved effects. Sometimes you wants make gray color, sometimes you wants make deep dark color on stainless. When you setting different frequency, current, marking speed and focus distance (Shorter focus distance).

When you get machine, you will get a reference parameters setting sheet.
